• We are not shipping to international destinations out of US. Only local standard freight services are used and mentioned separately as Shipping Cost which is not included in the item price.
• Local Pickup: There is no local pickup fee. But we will charge a small packaging/handling fee of $9.95. This fee covers the cost of packing material, labor, etc. Please contact us before making a purchase.
• Please pick up your item within 15 days of your purchase.
• One business day notice prior to pick up is required so that we can get item ready for pick up.
• Pelleting/crating of heavy items are separately charged other than shipping charges, which may start from $300 per pellet/crate, depending up on weight of the item.

Please be aware and CONFIRM/CLARIFY that your address is commercial or residential and it has the facilities for heavy loading/unloading, otherwise you may face extra charges by freight companies/ truckers;

1-       The shipping cost mentioned in the listings is standard, keeping in mind that your shipping address is commercial, and there will be a trucking bay/ fork lifter /lift dock etc. are available for heavy load/unload

2-       Other than commercial if it is residential or there are no loading/ unloading facilities of heavy items, then there will be extra charges by shipping company other than mentioned in the shipping cost of the item.
